CCC Certification (CCC)

CCC (China Compulsory Certification) is China’s mandatory product certification for goods sold on the Chinese domestic market, covering safety and EMC under GB standards. For lighting, relevant categories include fixed and portable luminaires; explosion-proof equipment additionally requires CCC-Ex certification referencing the GB/T 3836 series. For international buyers, a factory’s CCC listing is chiefly a signal of a functioning quality system audited by Chinese authorities — export shipments to Europe or the Americas are governed instead by CE, FCC, and destination-market schemes. Serious manufacturers hold CCC for the domestic line and CE/FCC documentation for export series in parallel.
