Stadium Light

A stadium light is a high-power LED flood light engineered for sports venues: hundreds to well over a thousand watts, precise narrow-beam optics that throw light from tall masts onto the field of play, and glare control good enough that players can track a ball against the sky. What separates it from a generic flood is bundled discipline — aiming design against the sport’s lux and uniformity standards (training grounds need far less than televised play), flicker-free drivers so slow-motion cameras see clean frames, wind-load-rated brackets, and surge protection for exposed mast-top electronics. Sizing runs from a lit five-a-side pitch on 400 W class fixtures to multi-mast arena schemes; the photometric layout, not the wattage list, is where a stadium project is won or lost.
